responding to the Gospel of god's love in Christ

All Church Services and Social Meetings are currently cancelled due to the Corona Virus Pandemic

Service sheets have been produced by the Methodist Church and will be provided each week on this site.
We are encouraging chapels to use this at the same time as their chapel service would have been on Sunday
so that we feel that we are still worshipping together, although not physically being together.

Circuit Weekly Services
During the pandemic, Services adapted for no physical congregation will be live streamed from Wesley’s Chapel in London
Service times: Wednesday 12:45; Thursday 12:45 ; Sunday 9:45 and 11:00.

Christians Together in Linkinhorne

Rilla Mill Methodist Chapel entered into a local ecumenical partnership (LEP) with St Paul’s at Upton Cross. They are committed to working together for God’s kingdom within the Linkinhorne Parish. The declaration of intent was signed on the 24th May 2015.

Our mission statement is that Linkinhorne Parish aims to discover and build the kingdom of God through prayer, learning together and serving the local community.
Their vision is to:

  • Follow Christ
  • Grow with Christ
  • Serve the community
  • Share the Good News

Services are mainly held at St Paul’s, Upton Cross at 9:30 am each Sunday:
The 2nd Sunday service is a Communion service, which is either officiated by Rev’d Tony Stephens (Anglican) or Rev’d Jo Smart (Methodist). Please see Plan for more details.
The 4th Sunday service is a Meet & Eat service, which is held at Rilla Mill Village Hall where breakfast is shared alongside worship.
The 5th Sunday service is a Cluster service and changes venue each time. Please see for more details.
